Hi, I had the same exact problem year ago, I refunded ultimate edition of borderlands 3, not the game itself but the ultimate edition package, which is around of 100 my currency, then next day I got confirmation from steam that my refund was positive etc etc you know how that works, well it was on 13 of November and we have 21 now, I know it says up to 14 days, but year ago I had the same problem and I NEVER got the money back with a different game. It's even more strange considering I asked for 2 refunds on 13 and I got both the refund and the money from that refund next day, but I still wait for the borderlands 3 money, what can I do now? It's just weird, if I don't get the money back it's not the end of the world but still I would like to get it back since it's my money
