STEAM download capping at 40 kb/s
okay so im trying to downlad a game and at first my downloader is just fine at 30 mbit
then after an hour or so it varies it drops to 40 kb and ive tried numerous things i saw on other topics i just wanna play some games man

does your isp have a fair use policy? if so, after downloading certain amount of GBs, they cap your speed at ridiculous rates
