Tech help
need means of force-disabling and Removing to Erasing crap background programs that
1. it wont let me manually disable
2. keep turning themselves back on after being disabled.

and do nothing but get in the way and/or eat up processor.

programs include but are not limited to:
Windows Updater/Orchestrater
Task and Event Brokers
windows event repoooter
windows 'security'

windos utity does nothing. I need a means to Forcibly override the windows systyems and disable and remove the (mostly) windows junk programs.

in short i want to hack my own PC.

For windows Update:
in: Hkey_local_machine//system//currentcontrolset//services
find: UsoSvc, WaaSMedicSvc and wuauserv
Delete these keys to get rid of windows update (and its recovery stuff) as a background service
(change the start type value to 4 to just disable it though)

To get rid of the files associated with it from your SSD, you need to use a bypass/hack to make Trusted Installer remove them. This will show you how to do this yourself, which is tricky. https://youtu.be/Vj1uh89v-Sc?t=1112

Most of these things you're asking about there is a youtuber doing just that though.
