cant redeem a giftcard sent to a new account
Hi! I have received an giftcard from my work, but they end up sending it to my work email which didnt had an account yet, but after I created the account with my work email and trying to redeem it, I was redirected to my inventory with a message: "currently has 0 items in their inventory"

I'm trying to contact steam but couldnt find where to sent a ticket or request support regarding this giftcard. Also tried to redeem it with my account and it didnt show up, so it seems that it vanished

You'll have to use the account you redeemed the giftcard on.

I havent redeemed it in any account yet.

I have received the gift, then tried on my main account, did not work, tried creating another one with the work email, did not work either 🤔
