Window is bigger than resolution
Recently, the window for Steam has become bigger than my computer's resolution(1920 x 1080). Even when maximized the window is still bigger. Is there a way to fix this?

Literally copy/paste this below into Google for a lot of specific hits, including parenthesis:

i unchecked the "scale text to match monitor" setting and the window is no longer bigger than my screen.
