Steps to take NOW to secure the account:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://gtm.you1.cn/storesteam/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://gtm.you1.cn/storesteam/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://gtm.you1.cn/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

There is no such thing as the 'THE VALVE LEGAL SECURITY TEAM'

you fell for one of the most common steam scams, Valve will NEVER contact you through any social media period, if someone contacts you on social media claiming to be a valve employee, do not reply to any messages and block them immediately.
