Update News Window Opening Behind Main Steam Client Window
This has been happening for about a year now I figured Steam would eventually fix it, but maybe it's not a Steam issue but rather a Win 11 issue.

Every time I launch steam if there is some update news a small window will pop up showing what games are released or what steam sale has started. This is great and I like having this!

The problem now is that instead of opening in the foreground over the top of the main Steam client window, it's now opening in the background...behind the main Steam client. This means I don't see that it's even there until I go to close the client and shutdown.

Does anyone know of a fix, either in Steam or on Windows, that make it so this window opens in the foreground again?

I have this same issue and it’s disappointing to see no one has replied! I’d rather be able to turn it off if I can’t get it to show in the foreground. Like you, I enjoy this little window but it’s often times left behind the main screen. Hopefully there’s a fix eventually.
