Known Bugs and Fixes
If you find any bugs or typos while playing please report them here. I will routinely update this thread with known issues, fixes, and updates!

A Note on Save Editing
If you'd like to edit your save data, more power to you! But please BE CAREFUL! Errant characters or misspellings can corrupt your saves - so please make sure to back the file up beforehand!

Corrupted Saves
Corrupted saves are most likely caused by editing the save file. If you edited the save data yourself you can try rolling back the file, or simply checking the JSON for any parsing errors. If you did not edit the save data, or you're stuck, please send a compressed version of your save files to emilyisawaygame@gmail.com and I'll take a look! Your save data can be found at:
PC: %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\KyleSeeley\Facenook
OSX: ~/Library/Application Support/KyleSeeley/Facenook

Not sure if this can be considered a bug, but if you close the game during the first "Setup" section, when you reopen it you will skip it completely with no way of going back

if you open the settings (in the top right) at the main menu you can rerun the installer at any time

Thanks for checking; I just checked it on my phone and it does work there. I'm in a video game lab at a university, so guessing the link is blocked for some reason.

You can replay any chapter in the timeline and the game will reset your progress to that chapter. So if you replay the first chapter you'll be overwriting all your progress.

Not a bug as such but I love the auto-type Text Assist - maybe program in an enter/send clickable button? Loving it so far :)

So that's pretty weird, the chat seems to "freeze" at some point for me. The game still runs though (I can go here and there, poke people) but the chat log i'm having with Emily and Evelyne just stopped. Tried relogging and the chat froze at the same place. Anyone got this issue ?

hey! sorry this happened to you! do you have any notifications? sometimes the game pauses for you to complete a notification, if not could you provide a screenshot of where this occurred in the dialogue

at several occasions, i believe the game confused emily with evelyn? it ended up having emily wish herself a happy birthday (which is honestly a little hilarious)
