Is the dlc necessary to complete the achievements?

Hello, I can't open the game anymore, i tried everything online soluce with the same probleme as mine and still can't launch the game... I really enjoyed the game and wanna replay it, again and again... ;A; Can you help me, pls?

After installing it normally, the game does not start: I click on Play, the Stop button appears, then after 3 seconds, the Play button reappears, nothing started, in the task manager nothing happened... I had the same problem on some other games but older, it never happened to me on recent games. I need help, please !...
