Why are there non offensive words banned?
For Instance Boned, and Highway are censored in map names and descriptions.

That's what you're seeing, OP. The game's auto-censoring software is censoring the names of those maps because it's seeing words on its "bad word" list in the names of those maps. The actual meaning of the names don't matter to the auto-censoring software; all that matters is the word-within-the-word.

Boned I get, but I have never found why moderators go crazy with censorship on forums or in movies and games. I have seen words such as bunny and corn hidden.

It has been this way for decades.

Its so weird to me that you can blow someone up with a grenade but i cant name a map Bonedyard.

you can turn the censoring off but it'll only show for when people are typing on your end, if you type something its just going to show what words it censors. very strange implementation
