Are you playing the game on a Series X console, or are you playing the Steam version using a Series X controller ? Just trying to figure out where the problem is.

EXTREME LAG on both Xbox Series X and this Steam version using Elite 2 controller. Not only do you have to jump nearly a full second before you think you should the RT Float is super glitched when trying to activate after teleport or bouncing off those glowing insects. Makes some of the sequences very hard near the end and not for the right reasons.

Huh, yikes. To make sure I'm on the same page: do you only have Elite 2 controllers & that's what you were playing with when seeing the bad lag, or is the lag noticeably worse with Elite 2 controllers vs other controllers? (Trying to narrow down what might be causing the bad performance folks are seeing!)
