I do not usually write reviews, but this game pisses me off so much I had to.
The most annoying part about Beyond: Two Souls is that motion cap tech, graphics, and acting are amazing and you want to experience it but everything else about the game make it unplayable, not just unplayable, torturous.
The writing literally boils my blood. This game has the most cliche, predictable, and overly dramatic tropes one can find in any content medium.
Camera in the game makes me feel like they held a competition on the worst camera control and put the winner in the game.
The controls and game play are so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ janky and unsatisfying, it almost feels intentional, like the devs are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with you.

As much as I used to love Beyond: Two Souls back in the years when this game was just on Playstation, I can't reccomend this PC port as the controls are very often confusing or just opposite. I played the game on controller but the game struggles with registering your controls. Detroit: Become Human did well with the pc port and i suppose its because its a modern game. Still, really unfortunate for me to return this with almost hour of struggle controls on controller.

This game is more of a middle ground for me. I found the game to be boring overall, but it seems a little niche. If you are looking for a dramatic story with a lot of attempts to pull heart strings, this is a game for you.

Overall, I had no technical issues and the game was a mostly problem free experience.

Beyond: Two Souls is more of a story experience with gaming aspects. I chose to use a guide, to see all of the endings. I believe this is where the game shines most. The choices do not always feel interesting, but the endings are a nice touch.

In all, I recommend this game for those that want an interactive story with minimal controls and gaming in addition. The story is meant to be heartfelt, but if you do not relate, it might fall flat.
