Not a bad concept, and if you wanted slice of life with a bondage theme, it's probably your best (maybe only) option, but I'd gladly trade the boring, grindy minigame for a story with actual substance and characters that acted like actual human beings, with the depth to match.

Visual novels and Japanese style ADVs live and die by their narrative; if I wanted to see pretty girls tied up, and nothing else, I'd flip through one of my Hajime Kinoko photo books instead.
