Having insanity resistance trivializes the fight. I don't remember if spiritual health drops in this dungeon, but you can use nito fusion to create it for you and Alice.

In case you don't know the recipe it's insanity potion + small holly bag.
The recipe for insanity potion is dangerous drug + strengthening liquid.
And the recipe for dangerous drug is water + that.

Not having insanity resistance is a major lose condition in the more difficult dungeons, so always have an open slot for that.

Did get past and now at the Flan fight and oh god... I expected Flan to be hard but its non-stop damage

For the Flan fight one way is to just make use of the Stairs that take you back a level and stay about ~3-4 levels before the boss. Once you hit Charlevel 60+ she should not be that hard to deal with. That one takes a fair bit of grinding though. Another is to stock up on Dark Spark Cards and ~3 Roomclears to Use if the fruits come out. Equip a Micro Hakkero (or extrat its Seal) and blast away with a Solid Weapon Equipped. Try to get a Twohander with Onislayer. That should also do the Trick fairly reliably.
You can also do this with Stacked Thunder Talismans with the Seal that raises Talisman Damage. But i Prefer Spellcards beacause they are more reliable.
