it runs with Proton without any issues. controller also works. it is Unity game, I doubt disabling DX11 for it is a good idea, it has to use DX11 or Vulkan. it allows to change resolution ingame but it starts in small window. if resolution is the only issue when playing with Proton probably you can change it from settings file.
