no more shotgun?

Hello, i am at about 73 endings in, and the shopkeeper no longer spawns with a shotgun? What should I do?

You only need the shotgun for that one ending, so you're good.

Would be nice if setting our name to shotgun made the shotgun reappear. Just so we don't feel loosing something.
