I was a host and two my friends were clients. Everything was cleaned out and then I was killed. When I was going to the exit of the basement I saw that all the seals were unsealed and I cliked on the cube. Right after that all the clients were kicked and game was over as I couldn't get out of the cage....

One of my friends first used the injector in the basement / hellish area and was awarded the "Scoundrel" achievement. Since then they are unable to unlock the "So much better" achievement.

Sometimes I glitch out and I cannot pick up items anymore and I cannot continue playing losing all progress I've made so far.
