Same here! I just emailed support. Unfortunately, I am past the return period. I like the game but I'm not going to play the whole thing in one shot.

go into load saves and pull up your save. worked every time

also this game is really short and you could finish in 1 afternoon

See other threads. Devs don't care. Fortunately there is an easy work-around (Load Save).
