【Solved】 Login problem
For those who cannot login to the server, all you have to do is:
"Set your PC's time zone as US time zone (UTC-08:00)"

This fixed it for me, thanks. (Currently, Anchorage, Alaska is UTC−8.)

This worked for me. I used UTC-5 instead as UTC -8 wasn't working for me.

Was having issues but finally managed to make it work, my ISP was preventing my login from the game spare the beta. Logging on via another connection or VPN made it work on the regular client. Hope this can help someone else

the fact that you have to change your timezone for a game, a touhou game

是個騙錢遊戲，根本無法進入ASIA伺服，卡在Loading畫面。

I fixed it by changing the the install folder of the game from my harddrive to my SSD
