Do you feel that chill in the air? A storm is on its way! From December 20th to January 2nd, Roundguard is celebrating the wintertime with a special event!

The dungeon is blanketed in a fresh coat of snow, the jingliest jingle bells are here to welcome you, and the dungeon denizens are dressed for the weather. You know what that means... Pom pom hats!

Put on your fuzzy slippers and try your hand at two weeks of unique daily challenges with winter rules. Look out for snowballs snowballing and icy winds blowing through every day.

Good wishes to you all for a cozy end of year with endless marshmallows in your hot cocoa!

How to defeat the lich?

Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I keep killing them, and they just keep coming back. I had an AMAZING run for my first game, and I got RIGHT to the end, the next level was the final level, and then the lich just ruined it... https://gtm.you1.cn/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3121260774...

This game is nothing like Rogue (1980)

False advertising to claim its "like Rogue" (Roguelike). ADOM, Nethack or DC:SS are roguelikes. A proposed term could be something like ReRPG , a.k.a "Random Element RPG". Pronunciation would be "RarePG". Sort of like ARPG or SRPG or TRPG. (Action, strategy, tactical). Since "Roguelike" games tend to have a lot of random elements in them, whether its Binding of Isaac, Faster than Light, Spelunky or Rogue Legacy. Definitely doesn't work for *every* game, though....

Lots of slow down on Steam Deck

Anyone else having a laggy experience on deck? It'll will run at a smooth 60 for a bit, then tank down to 19fps.

初期スキルの使い勝手がキャラによって結構違いますね…　戦士は周囲ダメージで一番使い勝手が良く、ウィザードは左右端のオーブに向かってビームなのでトリッキーな感じ。ならず者は方向指定ジャンプなので場合によっては一番使いやすそうな。

Achievements Question

Hey, have a few Questions about outstanding achievements. 1.) Juicy target, get 35 000 gold from one potion imp. -> Is this only ingame at later stages with special encore conditions or relics etc. or can I get this right of the bat, as I don't even know what a potion imp is? 2.) Master all ... Relics -> Does 'Master' mean I have to get a win with all those relics equipped (I imagine one at a time would also be ok and not all have to be equipped at once) on EVERY hero, or is getting it from Silver to Gol...

This game has an inherently anti-fun design.

(Roundguard is really cheap in a bundle right now so I want to warn people about it, but I made the mistake of voting on a review that got banned so I can't write reviews for a month) So you loved Peggle back in the day, and you like roguelikes, so a roguelike Peggle clone should be really fun right? And you can get a key for this way cheaper than Peglin! But the fundamental problem is that the monsters in Roundguard are the targets you need to hit, but enemies also hurt YOU on contact.
