Bug on Steam Deck
Good Evening! I've been having an issue while trying to load Hypnospace Outlaw. The game simply fails to initialize; I click play, and it doesn't even try to run. The game exhibits this behavior from both running the Proton version, and the Linux native version.

While troubleshooting, I tried to run the game from the console, and I received the following error message:


[56565:56565:1116/211515.198165:ERROR:process_singleton_posix.cc(353)] The profile appears to be in use by another NW.js process (78757) on another computer (steamdeck). NW.js has locked the profile so that it doesn't get corrupted. If you are sure no other processes are using this profile, you can unlock the profile and relaunch NW.js.

I attempted an strace on the listed process (78757), but I couldn't find a related process. Could anybody help? Thanks!

Hey so on my oled it is running flawlessly. There must be an issue on your side...

That's weird. Have you modified your Deck at all? Installed custom software etc? Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing? Are you attempting to play the latest version? Is your Deck OS up to date?

I've used the configuration options to allow package installation via pacman, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and I'm trying to play on the latest version. I've tried the windows version and the linux version, and neither seem to want to run.
