I feel sad.
While playing Hypnospace Outlaw at school today, messing about and reading people's pages, I came across the page I had been issued: the one with the kids' fish drawings. Gumshoe Gooper etc. At first, I couldn't do it, after reading the poem that AbbyWrites58 had posted, the one about the loss of a friend or her daughter or something like that. And the kids' drawings were all so good. I don't care that they're just videogame characters, I just felt bad for the heartbroken teacher and how proudly she was showcasing her class's Gooper drawings. Almost all of the kids were either 6 or 7, except for one "Todd" whose age wasn't stated. It honestly felt like the first time I killed an Ice Cap in Undertale because its hat wasn't coming off, no matter how many times I tried pulling at it or trying to charm it. I find it really frustrating that, as an enforcer, you're not allowed to message the regular citizens on ChitChat. When I go on holidays this October, I'm starting a new save file with mods, regardless of my regular save file progress. I might find one in which you as an enforcer can still talk to people, instead of just spectating and being unable to make them feel better. I'm going to leave Abby's pages alone after what I did this afternoon to an innocent 7-year-old girl's drawing, and even though Abby credited Alan (the furniture guy in a wheelchair who desperately wants to start a new life as a Celtic wizard) for the 3D Gumshoe Gooper images, I'm going to leave him alone too. He's suffering enough already. Really, he's the kind of person who needs to be seen to by a 2013 holiday dragon.[dragcave.fandom.com]

Dude this is wayyyyy too long for someone to read.

Like, condence it to a 12-second tik tok or something.

That page got me in the feels too. Honestly this game is brilliantly done. This is exactly what the old internet was like in 1999. It was a much more interesting experience in those days. Now it's mainly social media sites. Personal web pages are a thing of the past.

Spoiler:

My favorite part of this is that you don't HAVE to actually flag the kid's drawings, there's enough goopers to be able to complete the mission without doing it.

There are people who read it. Then there are people who quit school after learning the alphabet and try to dictate people how to write their own *** opinion because they can't read more than 3 sentences.

Exactly. Also, I thought nobody was going to comment on this at ALL last year. But they did. Neat!
