For me, it helped to set the ChoM2.exe on compatibility mode with Windows Vista. If anyone has the same issue. [Probably works the same way for Chronicles of Mystery: The Scorpio Ritual. Didn't test it yet, though.] OK, tested right now. Works :)

In buying the whole bundle of Chronicles of Mystery, personally, I expected something around the time it takes to finish Nibiru Age of Secrets; but this... It barely lasts 1 hour (if you dont know how ot play, and are stuck several times throughout). The story is weak, the gameplay has not aged well even compared to today's standards of puzzle games, point an click advenures, or even the hidden object ones. This feels more like demo games than anything else. Buy this game only u have money to spend that ...
