This will narrow down the problem.
Generally there are 3 reasons why it may happen:
- GPU is below minimum requirements. I.e. Intel integrated GPU and older ones without full DX12 support. See system requirements.
- OS is too old. Windows 10 22H2 or later shoud work fine, previous builds likely not. Win11 should always work.
- GPU drivers are old, if their release date is before mid-2023.
Windows 7 is not supported. Win 10 or 11 are in minimal requirements.
Very well aware of this but many games for Win10 will work on Win7 or have been updated to do so.
