Keep hearing "Kiryu-chan!" sound effect but Majima is nowhere to be seen?
I keep hearing the Majima sensor noise, but Majima is nowhere to be seen. I try to move around the area to see if it activates anything, and I've heard of some encounter where he interrupts a fight, so I try to get in a fight, but every time nothing happens.

Hes probably hidden somewhere, tbh whenever that happens just keep entering and exiting a building to reset him until you see him patrolling, easiest way of grinding his fights

he probably hiding either in trunk, under a cone, or in a manhole. hiding Majima won't appear on map but you can hear his alarm
