well depends there are 2 types of shinys
dark and celstial, dark is more common then celestial as for chance i have been playing for hours and have only found 1 dark and no celestials so pretty slim.

Oh! I completely forgot about the celestial shinies when I made this post. I meant the shadow/dark shinies, and yes, I know theyre easier to find compared to the celestial ones but what I wanted to know was how many chances we have of encountering one. For example, in PkMn, you have 1 chance in 4096 to encounter a shiny mon.

I remember seeing a post/message about this a few years ago, but I cant find it anymore... T_T

there is also the shadow island on Tuesdays,Thursdays,and Saturdays i think it's open way higher chance of getting a few but only 4 types sadly the blip, pruni, nerlict and cranite are the only shadows available there but if you have the paitece you can kill all of them to get shadow shards you need 666 of them then talk to the witch and you can get a shadow egg that spawns a wild shadow magnus it's random what ones is inside hope this helps!! also the witch is on the shadow island.

Yup, I already know about everything you wrote, except for the Shadow Isle's opening days. Didnt know that part, so thanks a bunch for the info! I was able to obtain a shadow egg yesterday and right now, Im "rerolling" to see what kind of Magnus I can get from it. What I want right now is a shadow Pastrene, so Ill keep "rerolling" until I get one. ✦.✦

oh also i think the luck stat has an effect as a test i leveled luck to 99 and i am finding a lot more shadow magnus so maybe theres something to that?

I already maxed my INT stat, and now Im raising my LUK stat. Good thing I did that! Now I have another reason for raising it. XD

I was lucky to find a celestial draconewt in the sunken temple. He's never leaving my team. I saw a shadow vale right outside the temple, I accidentally killed it because I thought it was evil or glitched or something. Absolutely hated myself after I realized it was a dark shiny.
