How to get married
①Maximize the degree of affection.
②Stage 3 the house.
③When your crafting level reaches 21, you will be able to craft a marriage ring.
④When ① and ② are met, the marriage ring can be given.
⑤Once the marriage rings are given and the proposal is made, the wedding takes place one week later.

The marriage ring is only available AFTER the main story.

Regarding the addition of ②, the latest condition: you need to buy a double bed from the carpenter and place it in your home, otherwise you can't give the NPC a marriage ring!:steamfacepalm:
