Wont let me add to library or download game

I can't play the game on pc it's log in until I load in. It keep saying "Animal Jam could not be updated due to a critical error." The only thing i can do is "quit". I tried to uninstall and re-install the game but it does the same thing everytime. Can someone help me?...
