Thanks for taking the time to chime in! I get the impression that you might be feeling left out because of how awesome Aqua Lungers looks while being local multiplayer focused. The game actually does support single player, and co-op for that matter, where you can play to the various stages collecting treasure while trying to survive the increasing multitude of threats Aqua Lungers has to offer. If you are looking to play with friends who are far away, Aqua Lungers can be played online using Parsec, which basically makes any game playable online(Link Below). While there is no planned support for mouse/keyboard, I hope this eases your concern that players like yourself are being kept in mind.
