Cannot talk to people when starting game
Started a new game with all factions and could not talk to anyone. Tried switching controls, saving and loading, restarting game and reinstalling but still not working. Anyone else run into this issue?

In the options menu, configure key settings for Land control. "Use" is not set. Give it a key and it will work.
