Activision virtually never reduces prices from what they were upon release. They've been doing this for ages, and now that they're owned by MS, it's very unlikely to change.
Ikr? I bought it cheaper for PS4 at launch... Gotta wait for another sale.

People really need to stop riding the Activions hate boner so hard. Virtually all publishers keep the base price of their games at launch MSRP, and age is rarely a good enough factor on its own to lower it outside of a sale. Very few games get permanent price cuts. When they do, is because they perform abysmally and see little to no demand, or because the publisher is trying to promote something else using them, an expansion, a sequel, etc.

The only other case is when market research shows the game has maximized its profit at original price. Keywords being market research. No corporation would lower the price of their (still) well selling product over a few random beggars, so long as market research shows the product's still selling well.

And just as a disclaimer, because I know the level of intelligence and reading comprehension of the average Steam forum goer is ever on a decline, I despise Activision. Before Sekiro, the last game published by them that I played (I didn't even own the game) was Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3. No, I'm not a shill, but I sure I wish I was. I wouldn’t be functionally poor at least. So, to anyone trying to come at me with that, ♥♥♥♥ off and learn something about business instead of acting like Activision is the source of all evil just because they act exactly like what they are, a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ corporation… just like a good dozen others.

if they are charging a premium still than they should be fixing issues with their port.

5 years isn’t really that much time, and £50 is still less than most other new AAA games
