First off don't jump on him, you may want to kill him once from the air to take one of the lives but this is a trap.

The info you want is in the name, he is a noble, nobles usually are allergic so what you need to do is keep throwing fistfulls of ash on him until he dies from the allergic reaction.
If he is not allergic to ash he will be from grass, so you need to use the snap seeds to provoke the allergic reaction, it helps to use all grass type items, so use all your divine grass and stand next to him until he dies.

If he is not the allergic type of noble, don't worry, it just means he is hemophobic, so you need to use any dragon's blood droplet, once he sees the blood he will faint and you can kill him.
