Is the game censored and if yes how can I change that

Harcore sex isn't shown in the steam version. If you go on the site called "denpasoft" and pay 9.99 or so, you can download an adult patch so that you can see the sexy sex. NOTE: This does not uncensor the sex scenes. They will still have mosaic. The patch only adds the original sex scenes from the japanese version which were cut in order to be able to release the game on steam.

Mosaic is in all Japanese games. It's required by law. In this sense, "uncensoring" just means restoring the original sex scenes... which always has mosaic.
