Are ncidents outside city bugged?
Hello, I can't find a discussion about this. 15+ days of playing city of Miami I get request from another town to send 3-6 units for their emergencies.
The issue is while most units are traveling to the destination, the first one gets there and all the other units are sent back despite that it is visible this first unit has too much work at the site. Other units wont move there, refusing to continue travel. Examples I got: 6 fire brigade requested, first one (a truck) dealing with 3 squares of technical work, rest sent back. Another: 6 units of police just standing there requesting help for 6 squares requiring medical attention (the call at first only involved police assistance). I sent paramedics with 6 places for patients in total, the helicopter gets there first (2 paramedics, 1 place for patient). Rest is sent back. Police frozen in place. It is really annoying. Please do something, it spoils the game completely. Does anyone else have this issue?

This is entirely intentional -- many things in this game doesn't make sense and is hard-coded to be like that. If you have the money, only send third-party resources at the same time, or have your units to stage until all units have arrived.

Units already on scene completes a task, and all other units responding are locked out of the incident and cannot arrive, hence they're sent back even if they are technically still needed.

Did you hire dispatchers? They tend to command units in their district to an incident.

Yeah, I got one, yet this is out of town mission, dispatchers are not doing this kind of job :)

Okay, that makes sense as an idea of dealing with that, but imho this isn't how this should work. But a good idea non the less. :)
