911 and 112 its the same game.

In 911 you have an strategic game, with police, medical and firefighters trying to help all emergencies in the map. The game its 1 zone or map and you can choose whatever place (or nearly all places) of the world for play there.

In this game, 911.. You have some calls, and a lot of random emergencies. Its a very good game, but always, always, you have only 1 zone or little map for to play with your units. The game its fun, but the progression its rare because when you have helicopters and more stuff, the map don't change, and seems the late game more easy than the first steps.

Then, 112.

Same game. Same vibes. Again the map its whatever place of the world. More or less same units, similar stuff, a bit more options with the units and tools for police, medical and firefighters. More options in disasters. More calls etc, but you have the option for to play the 911 calls, too. The dlc's of the 112 has more options in gameplay too.

Now the best part of 112 vs 911. -> In 112 game, you can play in 1 zone or in 2, 5, 8, or 30 zones together. Its the best part of the game.

You can play in 1 zone and when you like, "buy" another zone and then play in a big area with your units. The progresion its perfect now.

I recomend the 112 with the dlc's, but.. Look firsts in videos if the dlc's are ok with you for a better gameplay.

If you play only 911 game, its like a "little game" vs the 112 game.. because the map, and the gameplay. With 112 with dlc's, you have the complete experience.

If you only have to pick one, 112 Operator. It is essentially an improved version of 911 Operator and you can still play in North America in 112 Operator anyway (operator will change "112" to "911" in his dialogues).

But if money no object, or is in currently in bargain sale, then go ahead and take advantage of the bundle sale. If you went that route, play 911 first, then 112 in that order.

I never played 911 but I think 112 is an amazing game. Been addicted to it since I got it and with the current discount it's such an easy decision.

It's amazing, some say it might get stale and repetetive, but if you play it with a couple of modifications it's a good game to play even on low end machines. Big plus from me.

If I may add on this, 112 Operator has a new gameplay mechanic where you can see your units on the scene doing tasks.
For example:
It's a fire scene? You'll see trees, vehicles, your units' members, victims (if any) in 2D and even see your members trying to put out fire, help the victim and so on.
The same thing applies to Medical, you'll see them help victims and transport them out the scene. For police, you may see officers trying to handcuff, ticket or even gunfights in 2D live time.

It's a MVA scene that requires all units (fire, medical, police)? Then you'll see your members doing varied tasks they are trained to do so (police for tickets, medical for treating wounded drivers, fire to put out fire, or w/e).

It's a pretty neat feature.
Granted, you can't do anything in those scenes other than send additional units for help if needed. For example, fire too big for existing units, you can send more units to help put it out. The suspects are better armed and in larger numbers in the scene, you can pull out your existing police units and send larger backup.

Yes, this is amazing as well. Thanks for noting this

If Facilities DLC is installed, Surveillance Camera or Drones can bring up the map you describe before any units arrive.

There is an in-game email tip regarding police: After selecting the police units, ALT + Right Click will send them to the scene as usual, but they will wait for the last police unit to arrive before fighting. Note: will not apply to zombie horde who will attack indiscriminately.

Uh yes it will, because the unit sent with ALT-click are not actually going to the scene but will wait a bit further out?

I'm referring to zombie hordes, the kind that had black dots or blobs on them, especially if it is quite big. This is different to zombie emergencies, the kind that do not have black blobs, and are indoors.
