At least for me.
I would much rather play with English subtitles, than the language of my OS.
This will open a folder where config files are located (you need to run the game at least once)
Then you need to edit GameUserSettings.ini with a text editor.
And add the lines:
Where en is language used. Generally, the first 2 characters should be enough, with some exceptions like Traditional Chinese vs. Simplified Chinese.
