Why is the sequel (Wet Dreams Dry Twice) no longer available in Germany?

German users can no longer access the store page or even buy the game through a bundle. As of now you can only buy it from other stores or on the consoles. Why is this, what has happened??? The game doesn't even have any content that would lead to a ban in Germany...

Germany banned one of my favorite albums, Tomb of the Mutilated by Cannibal Corpse. Thankfully I live in the US and blast that ♥♥♥♥ all the time.

I bought the Leisure Suit Larry - Wet Dreams Saga and also don't receive the included Wet Dreams Dry Twice -.-

You can still get it cheap from elsewhere but it's not available on Steam in Germany. Are other countries affected as well? Any licensing issue(s)?

I can confirm it is back in the German store. No idea why it wasn't available.
