No sound voices??

I've been messing around the audio settings to stereo and I'm still not hearing anything the characters are saying from the cutscenes. It only shows them speaking but no voices. I can hear all the sound effects but nothing else. Help??

The only fix that worked for me was going into audio, change the spoken language to German or something that's not English. Accept, go back to menu and then go back in and change it back to English. You'll have to do that every time you restart the game though

I forgot to mention, you will also have to go into properties on steam and change the language to something else. This will give you the ability in game to select a different voice-over and get it to work

Thank you! That fixed the issue. Another thing I noticed is that the upgrades inventory menu in the campsites showed full stats. Do you know how to fix that? All the weapons show their stat bars full for some reason.
