I believe you only have to turn off DX12 to unstuck the pillars (and restart the game as required), at least it worked for me with all others settings untouched (2560x1440, Exclusive Full Screen, V-Sync off, max resolution scale, max quality settings. Playing with an AMD 6800XT graphic card)...
I have toggled pretty much every possible setting listed above and then some including the exact settings that @And3 suggests. I have set all settings to the lowest possible values, I have raised everything to the max, I have tried different monitors, different versions of DirectX, etc.
Nothing is working for me.
My rig in case this is relevant:
Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080
AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor
