Howl of Monkey Gods Tomb - Glitched pillar to push?
Currently at the part where there are ledges and beats missing and to get them to rise and come out you push the pillars in (while dodging the spikes). However, I cannot push one of the pillars in fully to progress, does anyone have any solutions? Thanks!

+1 for this having the same issue. Tried with two different controllers and keyboard. If we are talking about the same one it slightly moves in but doesn't go all the way preventing progress.

yeah it was like the third one in on the left? I verified the files and it didn't fix anything... what I found worked is go back to before you started the mission through a different game save (there are autosaves on the main menu) and it should work with a fresh restart!

A bit annoying having to restart it but it isn't a long mission to get there before hand anyways!

Hope this helps bro! :D:

I'm also having this issue, but loading my auto/backup saves causes the game to crash :( I really hope I don't have to completely restart the game...

I have 3 of the pillar switches that will not fall into place making it impossible for me to finish the tomb. I have reloaded, didn't make any difference.
As I'm doing it as the mission in the main game I now also can not continue my main game without loading an earlier save and losing all the mission stuff before entering the tomb.
Good one Square Enix, not only do you release sub-par crap for your season pass holders that to be honest should have been part of the main game in the fist place, but the tombs you give us are bugged and cant be completed. Good work, I'm proud of you.

If I remember correctly (was quite a bit back to January!) what worked for me was to reload to previous point either through an auto save or manual save on the main menu and restart that section. It was a pain having to do the first part to get back to the tomb however it fixed the problem! Still surprised it hasn’t been fixed after all these months :Rubber_Duck:

3/19/2020. Still ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bugged. Restart from previous save point didn't fix.

Never got my save file fixed either. So ended up having no option but to restart if I wanted to finish the game.

Damn stupid bug and I can't believe they have never bothered to fix this. Huge Tomb Raider fan and I've finished every game the series ever released, then this pile of Dogs++t comes out....I won't be buying another TR game made by this Dev team. Useless a-holes.

And 25 July 2020 this glitch is still there, it works only the first time you push it, if you die after this it stops working, only restarting the entire mission helps.

I had this issue yesterday. Limiting the FPS to less than 60 helps. I capped it at 50. Use the tool called RTSS to do that.

This actually works. For me it worked at 40 FPS limit, I used NVIDIA Control Panel to do that

+1 Limited the fps worked for me too.

I set 'VSYNC' to 'Half Refresh Rate' and turned 'DirectX 12' 'OFF' and reset them after passing this bug.

15.10.2021 - Still the same bug, same pillar ...

Force frame rate to 60 fps and try

I had to do it three times. After thinking I was just failing the puzzle, I watched 3 different people do it on YT - I had the solution right, and they all had to only push it once. Either this is buggy AF or it's randomised which is poor game design. I'm guessing bug though since people have had luck lowering FPS, changing the resolution and changing to windows mode.

For me, I had to do it three times. Maybe give that a go.
