Just Steam. It's been requested for a Quest version, but the app isn't ready for limited mobile hardware yet.

Remember that other platforms use separate assets for the mobile build, which is why some worlds and avatars don't even work on the Quest. While Resonite has added more features that'd make transitioning easier, we're not quite there yet.

And... yeah, Neos is basically dead. You can perform an account migration to Resonite if you want to keep your stuff and username, which is slowly becoming less and less reliable due to the CEO changing everything (on Neos).
