PLEASE UPDATE ALL VERSION !
I'm sorry if this isn't the right place for my complaint and request, but I couldn't find any other way to make my voice heard. I own the game through the Amazon Gaming program and I find it unfair and unserious that my version on the Amazon Games app is not as updated as the others. Even though I'm not a direct customer, I got this game through a service that paid you to give it to me, and I don't see why we who own this game on Amazon shouldn't have the same support and respect as on other platforms. I understand that Amazon has its faults, I have also turned to them, but you lack the will and seriousness to do so. Why are so many developers able to provide updates constantly and you are not? Be serious and don't abandon us - your credibility is also at stake. Thank you for listening.

What version are you on? You didn't even mention that... you just came in here and ranted about not being the same version as everywhere else one can get this and didn't even mention your own version.

My copy, purchased and played through Steam, is at 1.1.0.3 so if you are running different then this is definitely cause for a rant, otherwise you wasted your own time coming here to complain about... nothing...

You also talk about their "credibility," the devs, but they have finished this game. It is complete. There is no need to balance anything as it's single player. This is also not something that is affected by the devs. Sure they finished the game and released the final program to the world, it is then up to the people that host the game, like Steam or Amazon, to then get the finished program and link it to the store page. If the host doesn't do that then there either isn't anything new or they don't care enough.

Keep pestering Amazon about the version difference, if it indeed less than what I mentioned above, otherwise just play the game for what it is or uninstall it. Simple as that really...

Lastly, you seem to be deluded in thinking that you "own" this game, or any that you have on your system. You have a license to play, a license that can be revoked at any moment and for any reason, without notice. This is the sad truth of gaming these days, and has been for a couple decades at least.

I installed the game a week ago, and compared the version with the "patch notes" on Steam and noticed that they did not match. If a developer had asked me I would have reported it, but the fact remains that the game is not updated. As for credibility, and referred to the care with which the product update should be followed and executed on all the Stores on which it was released. The responsibility of launching updates is of the individual developers and publishers, the Stores cannot know this too, but they should certainly make the procedure and communication simple and direct, which in this case Amazon does not do. But the fact remains that it is a commitment of the individual developers, and there is concrete evidence of products always updated on Amazon Games. Naturally, given that they through a subscription, allow you to redeem a license of a product similarly as if you bought it directly, and that it remains even if the subscription is not renewed (unlike for example PS Plus or Game Pass games) I also expect to have updated products there, also because these licenses are paid for by Amazon through the payment of subscriptions. It's a simple question of rights to ask for an update there too, and as if you bought it here and it wasn't updated, but on other stores or ecosystems it is. For the rest I'm aware of it, it's exactly as you say, a usufruct that can be revoked at any time.
You came here to rant about Amazon Games not having the final version of the game. How does that pertain the the game or Steam? It doesn't! The updates were released, You gave the evidence yourself!

Neither Steam nor RedRuins can control what Amazon chooses to do. This entire post is irrelevant. Please go somewhere else to complain about Amazon's faults...
You don't understand the point. It mainly depends on the will of the developers. Amazon is complicated yes, but the developers being behind the platform can and manage to update their products there too. I'll give you a practical example: the game "ARPICO" that I redeemed at the beginning of the year received ALL the updates during the year. However, I'm tired of making other users understand the basics, you are the reason why the Gaming industry is in these conditions and why we users have fewer and fewer rights. If a developer answers me, as kindly happened in other threads, great, otherwise I won't comment further.

You don't understand how this works... The final version of the game's updates has been released. There is clear evidence that it has as there have been no updates in a while AND they've announced a sequel! Again, they cannot force ANYONE to distribute the final product. Yes they may get backlash, the store where the game is being sold, but it's their choice as to what to sell. AGAIN this is not a matter that RedRuins nor Steam can do anything about as this "issue" you are having is for some other service. And Again, go somewhere else to whine about your "issue."

You have trouble understanding. I have NOT ASKED ANYTHING from the Steam platform, if anything I have used its channels to contact the developers. I have ALREADY REPRESENTED these problems to Amazon, but I also wanted to REPRESENT them to the direct developers. Developers who, as you say, are free to sell what they want but at the same time, if they SELL a product directly or indirectly on a platform, they should EQUALLY guarantee the same support everywhere. They are also free not to do so, but I don't think that is CORRECT AND SERIOUS behavior for the CONSUMER. And therefore I have every RIGHT TO COMPLAIN TO THEM. A right that, being a CONSUMER just like YOU are (unfortunately given that for you asserting your RIGHTS is equivalent to COMPLAINING). Then, since you are not a DEVELOPER or a REPRESENTATIVE OF THE PUBLISHER, why do you continue to WRITE AND COMPLAIN about my speech. However, the idea remains strong in me that your PASSIVE ATTITUDE DISCREET OF WHAT IT MEANS TO HAVE RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER IS THE CAUSE OF THE EVIL THAT AFFECTS GAMING IN TERMS OF COSTS, SERVICES AND QUALITY. Unfortunately, there are many like you, now you are the majority. My heartfelt congratulations.

The devs should indeed properly update to the latest version on every platform they release on. It's common sense!
