How to change "Valued_Customer01"?

Bought this game back in May of 2019 and spent 2 days playing and then just stopped until today, reinstalling the game just because needed something to click while afking in Runescape. Now my "username" in the top right just says Valued_Customer01 how come It doesn't show my actual username or was it always like this and is there a way to change it? It just looks so bad.
