For starters, "Screen tearing" is not something having a stronger system "fixes". A stronger system can create MORE "screen tearing". Screen tearing is literally the result of your system being stronger than your display can handle. So this is a really strange reason to migrate. If that is your only reason to migrate then I suggest just turning on vertical synchronization....consoles have that, right? Otherwise getting a stronger display, or one with built-in synchronization technology would work too.

bro what are u on about, I take it you never played the ps4/ps5 I'm well aware of what screentearing is and dw9 is literally one of the only console games IN YEARS I've seen have this issue. No ♥♥♥♥ its not an issue on PC where u have vsync

So for an actual answer, the game is pretty much a demo if you play the free version. You can purchase "officer tickets" if you only want to play as a certain officer and I think different officers go free for a limited time on rotation. If you purchase the base game it will give you all the officer tickets. As for the other packs it's just bonuses and a few extra missions if I remember correctly.

Edit: I just noticed they don't have just the base game available anymore. If you have to purchase one set or the other I would probably say the extra scenario version if you want more missions.

What are you on about? You said PC "rans better" Translated into "runs better" that implies better specifications/compatibility. I have nearly ever popular console in existence in this house right now. Deluding yourself that I don't won't accomplish anything for you. You complained about screen tearing and now you're throwing a fit that it got replied to. Grow up, child. Don't say what you don't want others to hear.
