Fps Problems, help me pls

My Rig: AMD Ryzen 5700X; 32 GB RAM; GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 8GB. I have around 200 fps and I am playing on 4:3 on mixed video settings. But the game is not working smoothly and stuttering sometimes. And I am wondering if those problems are normal or not, thanks in advance :)

Hello, you should have around 400fps with this specs. Check NVIDIA driver update if there is any pending, also check if your monitor HZ match what you select in video settings

Thanks for you post. My driver is already updated, and I actually changed monitors and switched to 180hz. In my windows settings it's set to 180 Hz and ingame to 179 hz because there was no option for 180. Only some of my video settings are on high. Do you have any other clues or is there a problem with 179hz?
