For some people in game audio cause stutters and there's a fix for this in the options. I believe it is something like "streamlined push to talk". Check this and see if it still stutters for you.

thank you, but tried this also before.
like I said, I tried EVERYTHING and nothing changed, it doesnt get better or worse no matter what things I change. It only gets worse when a new patch comes out even when it says it should help with the stutters ... no Idea what they doing at valve

I feel you. This is unfortunate but I'm quite sure it can be fixed somehow if you're on high end system. I have pretty moderate system and even I play without any stuttering or significant fps drops. I hope you get this sorted out.

Yeah, I was getting some stuttering during game play as well. What I did was change to Fullscreen Windowed Mode and disabled XMP and it seems to be gone now. It still stutters/hitches during the character intro before the match. It never use to do that either. Oh and sometimes when pressing tab to see the scoreboard.

uninstalled the game... maybe I come back in a year or so when its fixed ... so long.

ok bro.... let me tell you I can play wukong on high to ultra with over 70fps but I guess its not enough for CS these days

Are you using an NVIDIA GPU? People have been complaining about stuttering from their drivers. You can try rolling back to 561.09. Apparently that driver is stutter free for some users.

You can try deleting the shader cache and see if that helps.

problem with files, maybe windows, maybe gpu settings, have no problem at all, my pc its not the best, but run smooth... was ♥♥♥♥ little bit on windows 11 but i think just ♥♥♥♥ some windows files, anyway went back to w10 now all good...

This is a game issue, this has started happening to me as well today.
