You can set custom_bot_difficulty & bot_difficulty to between 0 & 5, with 2 being the default setting.

5 is "pro" but they're still not very good and the CT bots only use the AWP or P250, which makes them useless unless you apply bot_randombuy, and even then they only get P90s & XM104s.

EDIT: I only play deathmatch so no idea what they're like with the bomb & hostage crap.
