broken main menu

after trying to run skse the main menu has completely bricked I cannot move the text is blocked out theres no smoke and only the broken text and the logo in the bottom left trying to verify files tells me theres something missing but then it is not reinstalled ive done several clean installs and pc restarts I have no clue what the hell caused this or how to fix it

One file is generated by your computer so can't verify, this is normal.
As for the rest... have you tried the pinned threads at the top of the forum, the guides are old but the game hasn't changed in years...
