My Little Pony

The similarties between the Charlottesville Unite the Right rally and My little Pony the Movie. An Editorial told by a Conservative
On August 11th to August 12th 2017, white nationalists organized a rally at the city of Charlottesville, Virginia opposing the removal of the statue of Confederate general Robert E. Lee. Now known as the Unite the Right Rally, This event is the largest known gathering of white supremacists in history. the event is also believed to have influenced the story of My Little Pony The Movie. In this Discussion, we will take a look at the rally, and how it relates to the movie. i wasn't into cartoon theories, but when i looked this up on the internet and found it interesting.

Part 1: My little Pony the Movie (note: this information is from the movie trailer, because i have not seen the movie).

My little Pony the Movie is an animated musical fantasy film, based on the my little pony toyline. in it, a group of ponies must stop an invasion of their city which is attacked by yeti like monsters. along their journey, the group must find any allies that can help them stop the invasion. while people watched the movie, parents said that it's surprisingly violent that certain children couldn't handle the violence in certain scenes. this is when a conspiracy theory came up which involves a real life event that was violent.

Part 2: The Unite the Right Rally

as Wikipedia describes this event, The Unite the Right Rally also known as the Charlottesville riots was a White Supremacist rally that occured in Charlottesville, Virginia from August 11th To August 12th 2017. the goals of the rally included unifying the white nationalist movement, and oppose the planned removal of the statue of Robert E. Lee. on the night of August 11th, white nationalists, including neo nazis and the KKK marched to the University of Virginia carrying tiki torches. they have also chanted slogans such as "you will not replace us." and "one people, one nation, end immigration." a few counter protesters and students were at the statue of thomas jefferson waiting for the marchers. a fight breaks out, and 1 person was arrested. the next day on august 12th, white nationalists arrived at Emancipation park (formerly known as Lee Park) with counter protesters waiting for them. the protesters this time were carrying shields and helmets, and some carried batons and firearms. the rally became too violent as fights happened overtime, and a state of emergency was declared. At 1:45 p.m., a man by the name of James Alex Fields Jr rammed his car into a group of counter-protesters as they were marching in the middle of the street, killing Heather Heyer (age 32) and injuring 19 others. Moments later, cops arrested him. Fields was Charged with Second-degree murder, three counts of malicious wounding, and one count of hit and run. he was sentenced to life in prison for 419 years without the possibility of parole. President Donald Trump, later condemned the violence in charlottesville, and blamed both sides for "this egregious display of hatred, bigotry, and violence on many sides."

Part 3: James Alex Fields' Life

Born in Maumee, Ohio, James Fields had a difficult life. his mother was handicapped, and his father was killed in a car accident. he was also known for having mental issues. he threatened his mother on multiple occasions and even threatened her with a knife. during his time in high school, classmates and teachers felt disturbed by him as he admired Adolf Hitler, and the Nazi Party. After graduating high school, Fields joined the army for several months, but was released from active duty "due to a failure to meet training standards". he then decided to purchase a 2010 Dodge challenger from a car dealership, but Ohio police cited him for expired license plates in May 2017.

Part 4: Conclusion

As of today, Heather Heyer's family wants to people of Charlottesville to remember her. however, some want James Fields to be given the death penalty. the villains of my little pony the movie are believed to represent the white nationalists, and the ponies represent the Charlottesville counter protesters during the rally. The Movie is also believed to be set in a few cities, as the villains mostly attacked a peaceful city just like how white nationalists Occupied Charlottesville for a planned rally. the villains also have their own insignia just like how various hate groups use hateful and controversial symbols (i.e Confederate Flag, Swastika, Iron Cross, Fasces, Sonnenrad)

so is the movie based on the rally? feel free to post in the comments weather you agree with me, or that the matching details are coincidental.

check this wikipedia article mentioned about information on the charlottesville rally, and i'll let you be the judge weather this was a coincidence or not.

you may think this is funny, but this actually happening in real life. you may call it a "conspiracy theory" but, this is all true why this movie has started racial riots and racial killings with this "film". what i'm trying to say is that it's starting race wars. BTW i am not criticizing anyone who likes the movie. it's just that this has started controversy. if you like the film i respect your opinion, but this movie has caused a bigger problem back in 2017 since the emoji movie
