I just started the game. I got to the first area and recruited Kwon ( I have the cat ) and made 2 extra guys. I am lv 3. I went to the first quest ( hoon farm ) and these guys have 150-400 HP... My guns are doing 30? This is crazy So I reloaded and got a random encounter - Lv8 ... exploding frogs killed me Am I missing a step? Why is this so hard? Thanks....

Can someone buy and enjoy gameplay of the Wasteland 3 without playing the Wasteland 2? Is there a story or some generic world continuity from second to third?

I'm at the part of the game where Angela puts you into a situation where you have to massacre half the rangers because you didn't want to go along with her stupid plan. All to kill a man who will die soon anyway (if a skillcheck I got while talking to him is anything to go by - and which she absolutely must know since she's apparently omniscient). I thought she was annoying before, always having dibs on you and not telling you everything while she expected you to just do all the work and exactl...
